摘要
随着高校机构改革的进一步深入,在新的机遇和挑战面前,如何将高校外事管理工作做到更加系统化、高效化、深入化发展这个问题摆在了我们面前。笔者认为各高校要结合实际,透彻认识外事管理工作的内容,宏观把握其整体性,协调各个工作环节;掌握各环节的关键点以发挥外事工作的时效性;应用动态性方法,充分活跃外事氛围;同时,加强外事干部队伍的建设,发挥、显示外事工作在新时代的战略性作用和地位;不断完善外事管理工作通讯设备设施的建设,体现外事管理工作的先进性。如此,定能促进高校外事管理工作的纵深发展,开创高校国际合作与交流工作的新局面。
With the furthering of university organizations reform and adjustment, facing the new opportunities and challenges, we become much more concerned about how to work university foreign affairs' management more systematically, efficiently and thoroughly. The author clarifies these aspects: combining with the specific conditions, every university need to make a thorough understanding of foreign affairs, grasp the overall situation and coordinate the sectors; know well of key points of each sector to win high efficiency; use dynamic methods to activate foreign exchanges; strengthen the building of staff team to fully display foreign affairs' management strategic position; perfect the communication devices and working tools to advance the working level. Thus, we can promote university foreign affairs' management to develop in depth and open up a new prospect for university international cooperation and exchange.
