粉煤灰品质指标的解读与灰质评价标准的分析 被引量:24

摘要  本文阐述了烧失量、SO3、细度和需水量比等品质指标对粉煤灰质量的影响。烧失量与细度影响粉煤灰的需水量和活性,进而影响粉煤灰混凝土性能;SO3则对硬化混凝土体积安定性影响较大;需水量比的大小直接影响着粉煤灰混凝土的拌和用水量。品质好的粉煤灰应该是:烧失量小,SO3含量少,细度和需水量比低。通过分析我国现行灰质评价标准,认为现行标准对我国粉煤灰总体品质状况的适用性不好。为科学合理评价灰质,提高粉煤灰的利用率,提出了几点建议。 Effects of quality index,which are loss on ignition,SO_3,fineness and water demand ratio, on quality of fly ash are expatiated in this article.Loss on ignition and fineness influence water requirement and activity of fly ash,and have effects on performance of fly ash concrete.SO_3 has a bigger effect on stability of volume of hardened concrete.Water demand ratio influences directly water quantity for mixing fly ash concrete.Fly ash having good quality should be that it has a little loss on ignition and content of SO_3,its fineness and water demand ratio are low. By analyzing actual Chinese evaluating criterion quality of fly ash,the result shows that actual criterion is not well applicable to total quality status of fly ash.Author puts forward several suggestions in order to evaluate quality of fly ash in reason and science,and increase utilization ratio of fly ash.
