摘要
竞争、赏识教育是英语文化中的重要组成部分,是人性的呼唤,也是人文主义精神的体现.在英语教学中,两者的结合能较大力度地调动学生的积极性,充分挖掘学生的潜能,使他们更具创造力.优秀的教材、人性化的教学方法、个人与个人、小组与小组、班级与班级之间的竞争以及鼓励学生对老师的挑战等使竞争与赏识教育能得到较好的实施.从而使英语教育更趋人性化,英语教育的效果则更加理想.
Competition practice and appreciation and rewarding education is a very important part of the Western culture. It answers the call of human nature and reflects the spirit of humanism. In English education, the combination of the two can greatly arouse students' learning interest and make students very creative. Ideal teaching materials, teaching methods, the competition between individuals, groups, classes and students' challenges to teachers can make competition practice and appreciation and rewarding education possible. Thus, English education can better meet the needs of humanism and can achieve the expected result.
