摘要
科学发展观的提出是建设有中国特色社会主义的理论创新。树立现代远程教育科学发展观 ,是现代远程教育创新的主题。以人为本的价值观、规模观、质量观、结构观和效益观是现代远程教育科学发展观的综合体现 ;树立创新发展的思路 ,走人才强教 ,内涵发展为主、适度拓展外延和特色创新之路 ,建立开放多元的宏观管理机制 ,是现代远程教育顺应知识经济发展和全面建设小康社会需要 ,实现创新发展的保障。
Scientific developing concept is a theoretical innovation for establishing socia lism with chinese characteristics.Constructing this kind of concept on modern di stance education is a topic for innovation of distance education.Human oriented concept on value,scale,quality,structure and of interest is the comprehcnsive re flection of this developing concept.It's a need of economic development and a we ll-off soeiety to ste up the thought of innovation and development,to improve ed ucation through talents,to extend our characteristcs properly in order to realiz e further development.
