摘要
为进一步探讨当前体育法规研究的现状,通过文献资料法和比较法,对体育法规研究的几个热点问题,诸如反兴奋剂、足坛"黑哨"、球场观众暴力、体育纠纷、体育彩票等进行分析探讨。通过中外体育法规的比较研究,借鉴其有益处,为完善我国体育法规建设提供建议。
To further discuss the situation of sports law research,by methods of literature review and comparative study,the article analyses the hot issues about current Chinese sports law research,such as the anti-doping,the dark whistle,the spectator violence,the sports disputes,the sports lottery and so on.At the same time,the article makes comparison with sports law research on the issues of foreign countries.By contrasting,the paper gets the advantages in other countries sports law research,so as to provide some suggestions for perfecting the construction of Chinese sports law.
