摘要
探讨了新型工业化条件下城市发展模式问题。新型工业化对城市发展模式提出了信息化、数字化、共享化、生态化、人文化的要求。对此,城市发展应创新观念、优化空间布局、调整产业布局、美化形象、建设多功能中心城市,要给城市补"绿"增"智",提升文化品位,提升城市综合竞争力和都市化、现代化、国际化水平。
This article probes into the developing patterns that a city needs under the circumstances of the new industrialization,which requires the patterns to be information-based,digitalized,shared,ecological and humanistic.Thus,we should develop a city in the following ways:bring forth new ideas,optimize the space layout,adjust the industrial structure and beautify its image.Besides,we should build multi-functional central cities,plant more trees,introduce more talents and raise their cultural taste in order to improve their comprehensive competitive ability and enhance their levels of urbanization,modernization and internationalization.
