摘要
以蛇纹石为原料,通过酸浸、净化得到纯净的硫酸镁,采用氨水沉淀法制备氢氧化镁,经煅烧得高纯氧化镁.正交实验确定了沉淀反应与煅烧的最优工艺条件:反应温度50℃,反应时间40 min,精制硫酸镁溶液浓度1.5 mol/L,煅烧时间3 h.在此条件下,反应最终产物氧化镁的纯度达到99%以上,满足了高纯氧化镁的要求.该方法工艺流程简单,产品质量稳定,适应于工业化生产,有很大的发展前景.
The high purity magnesium oxide is a kind of important inorganic chemical products, which is of very extensive application. Using serpentine as raw materials, high purity magnesium oxide was prepared. The results by using orthogonal indicate that the optimum technological conditions are as follows: the reaction temperature 50 ℃ , the reaction time 40 min, the concentration of magnesium sulfate 1.5 mol/L and the calcinations time 3 h. Under above conditions, the purity of magnesium oxidize is over 99% , which meets the demand for high pure magnesium oxidie. The technological process is simple and the product quality is steady. It is suitable for industrial uses.
