工程教育中的素质教育概念 ,不仅要克服科学主义与人文主义的分离 ,还要克服工程类大学生在技术性素质与非技术性素质发展中的不均衡问题。为了培养适应 2 1世纪的新型工程师 ,应处理好以下对应关系 :理论教育与实践技能培养之间的关系 ;专业教育与“大工程”教育之间的关系 ;
The concept of quality education for engineering students means not only avoiding separating science and humanism, but also tackling the unbalanced development of technical and non technical qualities of college engineering students. In order to cultivate a new generation of engineers for the 21 st century, we should balance well the following corresponding relations: theoretical education and cultivation of practical skills; specialty and “macro engineering”; norm awareness and innovative ability.
