摘要
分析了当前中国管理学研究的主要流派 ,从应用和理论两个角度阐释目前研究的现状和问题 ,并指出未来发展的方向以及研究的方法。
This paper reviews the major schools of Chinese current management research. We then analyze the present research from two aspects (the theoretical paradigm and the response from practical industry). To help develop Chinese management theory, this paper also proposes the path and methodology for future academic research.
