摘要
研究了大批量定制下的基于产品族模型的产品配置设计,分析了从细分客户群中相同需求和不同需求映射到产品族的基本组成、可变因素和配置规则的过程.在此基础上,建立了产品族模型的通用结构.通用结构中的每个零部件都是一个独立对象,对象通过装配关系形成复杂的多层产品结构,这样每个零部件都能够方便的被其他零部件借用,以降低零部件的多样化.零部件被分为普通零部件和构件,普通零部件对应于产品族的基本组成,构件用来表达产品结构的可变因素.配置规则也被存储为对象并通过“与”、“或”、“非”的逻辑组合形成复合规则.因此本产品族模型能够充分反映客户需求,并且能够被计算机系统快速识别解析.开发了产品配置器软件系统,此软件系统支持采用基于C++标准格式的脚本程序、部分Visual扩展程序以及类SQL语言编写的配置规则,能够成功完成在具有千个节点以上的通用产品结构中匹配配置规则得到符合客户需求的产品结构实例的任务.目前此软件系统已经在汽车行业企业应用.
Product configuration design based on product family model for mass customization was studied. The process of converting common requirements and distinct requirements in a market segments to common bases, variants, and configuration rules was analyzed. A general architecture of product family model (GAPFM) was put forward. In GAPFM, any component is a substantive object, the hierarchical product structure was composed of objects by structural relationships. So any component can be assembled by other component, and the variety of the products can be reduced. GAPFM distinguishes two types of components, namely general components and abstract components, general components correspond to common bases and abstract components correspond to variants. Configuration rules are objects too,which composite compound rules by “Union”, “Intersection” and “Supplement” logic relationships. GAPFM can express the customer requirements well and be interpreted by computer systems rapidly. A configulator has been developed, which supports the configuration rules in C++, partial Visual extend program and similar SQL language. The configulator can do the task matching configuration rules in a GAPFM with more than 1?000 items to get the product architecture fulfilling the customer requirements. The configulator has worked in automotive manufacturing enterprises.
