摘要
毛化设备是冶金行业生产优质薄板的必备设备。经毛化处理的轧辊将直接反映到被轧制薄板的表面 ,形成一定的粗糙度、密度形貌、波峰数 ,直接影响到薄板后续深加工的质量。针对国内外现有毛化设备 ,特别是第三代毛化设备的优、缺点作了深入分析。最新研制投产的新型大功率CO2 激光毛化成套设备及工艺 ,能快捷、稳定、高质量完成轧辊毛化 ,迅速提高优良材质薄板的后续加工特性。
Texturing equipment is necessary equipment in the process of producing high quality steel sheet for iron and steel factory. If textured roller was used in the process of producing steel sheet, steel sheet′s surface would have certain surface roughness, density appearance and wave crest amount. This will affect the following processing quality of steel sheet. The advantages and disadvantages of existing domestic and international texturing equipment are analyzed, especially the third generation texturing equipment. The powerful CO 2 laser texturing equipment which was manufactured and put into production lately, can texture roller quickly, stably and with high quality, and improve the following processing character of steel sheet.
