摘要
尽管目前日趋合理而又更加复杂的电网采取了各种各样保障电网安全稳定的技术措施,但电网发生超过校核水平的严重故障仍可能演变成全网的灾难性事故。作为电力系统安全运行的重要措施之一,研究系统故障全停后的启动方案(即黑启动)显得十分重要,对大电网事故后的快速恢复意义重大,必将产生巨大的社会效益和经济效益。
Kinds of safe measures are taken into the complex electric grid,but serious faults of all grids over the normal level became the disaster of power grid.As one of the important measure,Study on non-power starting of shanxi electric power grid will be very important,and quickly restart power grid after serious fault ,it brings large social profits and economic profits.
