Mo-La_2O_3板材室温拉伸变形与断裂研究 被引量:5

Deformation and Fracture Behaviour of Annealed Mo- La_2O_3 Sheets by Ambient Tension

摘要 采用粉末冶金和压力加工方法制备了不同 La_2O_3含量 Mo-La_2O_3板材。Mo-La_2O_3板材和纯钼(PMo)板材经高温热处理后在室温下进行静态拉伸试验。结果表明,La2O3 的添加不仅提高了钼板的强度,而且对钼板的延性具有显著的改善作用,Mo-La_2O_3板材的纵向塑性在 20%以上, 最高达到 46%。采用 SEM 和 TEM 的观察结果对钼板的拉伸行为进行了解释。 The molybdenum sheets doped with different contents of La2O3 (Mo-La2O3) were prepared by powder metallurgy and processing technology. Then their mechanical properties were tested by use of tension at room temperature with different velocity and their microstructures were discussed by means of SEM, TEM and XRD. It is shown that both the strength and ductility of molybdenum sheets are greatly improved by addition of La2O3. The maximum elongation of annealed Mo-La2O3 sheets is up to 46%. The experimental results can be reasonably explained by the interaction of La2O3 particles and dislocation as well as the toughening of second phase.
