摘要
高能球磨是制备纳米晶磁性材料的方法之一。综述了该技术制备纳米晶金属材料的热力学、动力学、扩散和化学反应等机制以及该技术中主要工艺参数(如球磨介质、球料比、球磨气氛、过程控制剂和球磨引起的温升)对球磨过程和产物相的影响。介绍了采用高能球磨法制备纳米晶磁性材料的研究与进展。
The high energy ball milling (HEBM) is one of the methods for preparing nanostructural magnetic materials. The mechanisms of thermodynamics, dynamics, diffusion, chemical reaction and the effects of processing parameters such as grinding medium, ball-to-powder weight ratio, milling atmosphere, process control agents and temperature rise on the milling process and its resultant phases in the preparation of nanostructural metals by the HEBM were reviewed. The research and progress in the area of preparing nanostructural magnetic materials by HEBM were summarized.
