摘要
目的:优选SFE CO2萃取没药的最佳工艺条件。方法:正交法设计萃取工艺,GC法测定SFE CO2萃取物中β 榄香 烯的含量,以萃取得率和萃取物中β 榄香烯含量为指标综合评价各工艺。结果:SFE CO2萃取没药最佳工艺条件为:压 力(P)为25MPa,萃取温度(T)为45°C,萃取时间(t)为4h。结论:SFE CO2萃取效率较高,该方法适于没药的提取。
AIM: To optimize the extraction process of Myrrha by SFE-CO 2. METHODS: Orthogonal design was applied and GC was used to determine the contents of β-Elemene in order to optimize the process. RESULTS: The optimized conditions were as follows: pressure 25 MPa, temperature 45 °C and extraction time 4 h. CONCLUSION: The method of SFE-CO 2 is rapid, convenient in comparison with conventional methods.
