摘要 转化生长因子 β(TGF β)在组织器官纤维化发生过程中起关键作用。Smad7是TGF β信号转导途径的主要抑制性蛋白 ,其异常表达可影响TGF β活性 ,进而改变纤维化进程。 Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) is considered to be a master fibrogenic growth factor implied in the pathogenesis of tissue and organ fibrosis. Smad7 is a major inhibitory regular in TGF-β signaling pathway. An aberrant expression of Smad7 can affect the activity of TGF-β and thereby chang the process of fibrosis. Thus, the modulation of Smad7 expression may provide a novel therapeutic strategy for fibrotic disorders.
