摘要
用透射电镜观察了大豆根瘤中公共细菌周膜的形成。在细菌周膜发育中,它的表面常常形成一些凸起和凹陷,而且相互嵌合,不过常为双嵌合,由于嵌合细菌周膜发生融合。因而在两个相邻细菌电子透明区之间形成两个狭窄的通道,通道之间是一些含有丰富核糖寄主细胞质但不含细胞器,随着融合面积的不断扩大,这些细胞变得越来越少,最后完全消失,于是两个彼此独立的细菌周膜就完全变为一个公共的细菌周膜。融合后的细菌周膜还可继续融合,
Formation of common peribacteroid membranes in soybean root nodules wasobserved by transmission electron microscopy.The surfaces of peribacteroid membranes during development often form some protrusions and hollows,and occur chimera eachother,most of them is a kind of rare dichimera.Then chimera peribacteroid membranesoccur fusion,forming two narrow passageways between the electron empty spaces ofadjacent hacteroids and there is some cytoplasm which contains abundant ribosomes butnot organelle,between two passageways.With increase of fused area,the hosteytoplasm gradually is divided into some small blockes and becomes smaller andsmaller,finally completely disappears.At the same time,two independent peribacteroidmembranes become into a common peribacteroid membrane.The peribacteroidmembranes occured fusion may continuously fuse with another peribacteroid membranewhich may be usual peribacteroid membrane,also fused peribacteroid membrane,butwith increase of fused number,their fused probability becomes lesser and lesser.
