摘要
本文从政策科学及经济学的角度探讨了西方国家制定住房政策的经济原因 ,具体分析了西方国家的主要住房政策 ,提出我国住房政策的基本目标必须是以提高居民整体住房标准、住房水平为出发点 ,逐步提高住房消费水平 ,达到住宅资源的优化配置。
This article explores the economic reasons western countries made housing policy from the view of policy science and economics:meeting the fundamental need of residents' housing consumption,stimulating the growth of national economy,realizing the social welfare and making effective governmental interference in housing market.It also analyses specifically the major housing policies of western countries.It proposes that the basic goals of ours should be to raise the residents' whole housing standard and to heighten the level of the housing consumption,and accordingly,to attain optimal allocation of resources.
