网络环境下图书馆员的素质包括道德思想素质和业务素质 ,其素质高低 ,直接决定着服务的质量、层次和深度。馆员素质高于或落后于图书馆事业的实际需要 ,会促进或阻碍图书馆事业的发展进程。
