摘要
采用正交设计试验考察处方中组分的影响因素 ,以崩解时间为指标 ,对阿莫西林分散片处方进行筛选。按优化处方制备的阿莫西林分散片可在 30秒内完全崩解 ,分散均匀性试验表明混悬液能通过 2号筛 。
Orthogonal design was used in the optimization of the effecting factors of the ingredients in the formulation of Amoxicillin dispersed-tablet. The formulation was selected by using the disintegrating time. The experiments of dispersion homogeneity showed that amoxicillin dispersed-tablet could disintegrate in 30 seconds, and the suspension could pass through the 2\+# sieve. The in-vitro disso-lution test showed that dissolubility of amoxicillin dispersed-tablet was better than that of the capsule.
