摘要
采用逆相蒸发法制备仙人掌SOD脂质体 .最佳工艺为 :卵磷脂与胆固醇的质量比为 2∶1 ,乙醚与SOD酶液的比为 3∶1 ,经超声乳化和旋转蒸发可制得包封率为 5 6%的脂质体 .包封后的SOD在胃蛋白酶的作用及高温下 ,比游离的SOD稳定 .
Liposome SOD from cactus is prepared by reverse-phase evaporation. The preparing technology of liposome SOD from cactus is that the proportion of lecithin and cholesterin is 2∶1 (m/m), and that of the aethern and SOD is 3∶1 (V/V). With ultrasonic wave emulsification and rotary evaporation, the encapsulation efficiency of liposome-SOD is 56%. The SOD of liposome is more stable than free SOD while imposed pepsin or at high temperature.
