酸改性高岭土催化合成乳酸正丁酯的研究 被引量:11

A Study on Catalytic Synthesis of n-butyl Lactate from Lactate Acid with n-butyl Alcohol by Hydrochloric Acid Modified Kaolin

摘要 研制了盐酸改性高岭土催化剂 ,并用其催化合成乳酸正丁酯 ,讨论了催化剂用量、催化时间以及酸醇配比对乳酸转化率的影响 .实验表明盐酸改性高岭土催化剂对乳酸正丁酯的合成具有催化活性高、催化剂容易回收 ,价格低廉等优点 . The kaolin catalyst modified by hydrochloric acid was prepared and used in heterogeneous catalytic synthesis of n-butyl lactate.It was observed that the catalyst showed high catalytic activity for synthesis of n-butyl lactate and many advantages compared with other catalysts,decrease in the pollution in the environment,convenience in treating the products,higher yield and catalytic activity, and low prices.
