摘要
发电厂一直以来是环境的主要污染源之一,从能源的可持续发展的角度出发,发电厂的环境成本内部化,即纳入发电成本,一方面促进发电企业努力改进技术减排污染物,降低环境成本。另一方面促进清洁能源的发展,鼓励绿色电力的发展。本文应用环境经济学理论,分别分析了几种类型发电厂的环境成本,指出我国未来的电源结构发展将趋向于环保型结构。
Based on the application of environmental economy theory,the environmental costs of some type of power generation plants are analyzed respectively,it is plinted out that environmental type structure is the tendency of power energy in the furture.
