综合学科师资培养:现状、原因与对策

摘要 当前我国综合学科教师对综合学科教学的适应性弱 ,综合学科师资培训效能不理想 ,其主要的原因是综合课程理念的宣传力度不够 ,职前师资培养母机和在职教师培训体系无法满足综合学科对教师的需求。所以应该建立职前和在职的多途径培训体系 。 The thesis exposes the two issues of the teachers' poor adaptation and the relatively low training effectiveness in the current practice of integrative curriculum and covers two reasons: the inefficient propaganda of curriculum conceptions and the disconnection between the pre-service and in-service teachers education system and the requirements of the curriculum. Thus it should be attempted to establish the training system of pre-service interdisciplinary courses, to construct the integrated mode of compulsory and selective courses and to form the systematic in-service training framework with multi-channels to cultivate the qualified integrative teachers.
