摘要
观察并描述了龙头鱼的形态特征 ,测量了 2 81尾 (体长 14 .2 0～ 2 7.6 0cm)龙头鱼的外部形态参数 ,并进行了相关关系分析 ;解剖观察了龙头鱼消化系统的结构特征 .外部形态参数全长 (LT)与体长 (LB)、头长 (LH)与体长 (LB)、体长 (LB)与体高 (HB)、体重 (W )与体长 (LB)的相关关系分别为 :LT=1.186 8LB- 0 .4 30 8(r =0 .995 0 ) ,LH=5 .0 85 4LB+ 0 .4 42 1(r =0 .9812 ) ,LB=5 .116 6HB+ 4 .6 6 0 8(r =0 .94 31) ,W =0 .0 0 16LB3.4 776 (r =0 .9114 ) .消化系统结构特征为 :口裂深 ,两颌和腭骨上密生细牙 ;食道短而粗 ;胃呈卜型 ,盲囊部发达 ;肠呈直管状 ,长约鱼体长的 3/ 5 ;幽门盲囊 18～ 2 3条 ;肝脏较大 。
Observations on configuration have been done in Harpodon nehereus(Buchanan-Hamilton).A total number of 281 Harpodon nehereus (body length from 14.20 to 27.60 cm) were measured on the parameters on the configuration.The following regression equations which have close correlation of total length and body length, body length and head length, body length and body height, weight and body length were obtained:L T = 1.186 8 L B - 0.430 8 (r =0.995 0), L H = 5.085 4L B + 0.442 1(r = 0.981 2), L B =5.116 6H B + 4.660 8(r = 0.943 1),W =0.001 6L B 3.477 6 (r = 0.911 4). The digestive system of Harpodon nehereus was observed by anatomy method. The mouth split is deep and there are many thin teeth on the maxillary and mandible.The esophagus is short and wide, the stomach is cone shaped and blind sac well developed. The gut is a straight tube and the proportion of its length/ body length is about 3/5.The number of pyloric appendages is 18～23.The liver is big and divided into left and right leaves.
