摘要
因现场采集腐蚀数据困难,储罐腐蚀剩余寿命估算大多采用定性分析. 以储罐腐蚀深度与服役时间的腐蚀关系曲线为基础,根据采集腐蚀数据的样本容量,利用有限折线近似代替腐蚀关系曲线,简化了储罐腐蚀缺陷剩余寿命的计算.
In view of the fact that it is difficult to collect field corrosion data, the most common method we take in calculating residual life of tank corrosion is qualitative analysis. Based on the corrosion relation curve of corrosion depth and the service time, and the sample size set as foundation, with the limited polyline replacing the corrosion relation line, the calculation of the remaining life of corroded tanks is predigested.
