摘要
用蒙脱石(Mont)吸附水溶液中不同分子质量的聚乙二醇(PEG),制备PEG/Mont复合物,采用XRD、FTIR和DTA/TG表征PEG/Mont复合物的结构。结果表明:PEG通过置换部分层间水合离子进入蒙脱石层间通道内;PEG以单层或双层平卧于蒙脱石层间;大分子质量的PEG容易形成双层复合物,但双层复合物的热稳定性较差。
Polyethylene glycol (PEG)/montmorillonite (Mont) composites were prepared by treating montmorillonite with water solution differing in molecular weight PEG. The PEG/Mont composites were characterized by XRD, FTIR and DTA/TG. The results showed that PEG entered the lamellae by replacing part of the interlayer hydrated ions; there are 1 or 2 layers of PEG on flatly lying between the montmorillonite plates; the bilayer composites were formed easily in the solution of PEG with a high molecular weight, but they show a lower thermal stability.
