摘要
在应用铁谱分析技术跟踪监测C240型叉车柴油机磨损状态中,通过对磨损量和润滑油质量衰变过程的考察,发现润滑油中磨损微粒的浓度及磨损微粒的类型,不仅与机器本身油润件的磨损状态有关,而且与润滑油的使用时数有着密切关系。依此提出了应用铁谱分析技术监控柴油机磨损状态时润滑油合理使用期的定标理论。
Based on applying ferrography to the monitor of wear conditions of diesel engines C240 for fork trucks and investigating wear quantity and decay process in lube oil ,the authors find that the concentration and the type of wear particles are related not only to the wear conditions of parts,but also to the service time of lube oil. So they give the standardized theory of lube oil to apply ferrography to monitor diesel engines.
