摘要
用回归分析原理分析了八眉猪转氨酶、铜兰蛋白酶、碱性磷酸酶3种血清活力与产仔数的关系,结果表明,产仔数与谷草转氨酶、铜兰蛋白酶的遗传相关分别0.32、0.27,达显著水平(p<0.05)。用父系半同胞方法估计3种血清成分的遗传参数,结果显示,碱性磷酸酶、转氨酶、铜兰蛋白酶的遗传力分别为0.498、0.360、0.254,均高于产仔的遗传力(0.109)。由遗传参数作间接选择效率评定,得出转氨酶、铜兰蛋白酶对产仔数的间接选择效率分别为105.7%、102.9%,用表型相关作通径分析,得出转氨酶、铜兰蛋白酶到产仔数的通径系数分别为0.309、0.293达显著水平(p<0.05)。表明产仔数与转氨酶、铜兰蛋白酶之间有密切的相关关系。
The relationship of litter size with the activity of alkaline phophation (AKP),cerulplamin (CP) and trans-amination (Gop)were analysed by regression. The results showed that the heriabilities of AKP. GOP. CP were 0.498,0.360. 0.254 resp. higher than that of litter size (0.109). There were Significent relationships between litter size and GOP,CP (0.32,0.27 resp). Analysis of indirect selection efficiency indicated that selection responses of GOP and CP were 105.7% , 102.9% resp for litter size. Path analysis revealed that path coefficient of GOP,CP to litter size were 0. 309,0. 293 resp (p<0.05). The results showed that litter size were relation tO GOP cP closely.
