摘要
选用自制的双氰胺甲醛和几种普通絮凝剂进行复配处理高浓度印染废水。考察了投加量、原水pH值对絮凝效果的影响以及絮凝沉降性能。实验结果表明 ,双氰胺甲醛与PAC和氯化镁有极好的复配效果 ,复配后絮凝脱色效果及COD去除率进一步提高。并且在有无机盐作为助凝剂时絮凝沉降性能也得到改善。在最佳的复配条件下 ,双氰胺甲醛脱色率为 99% ,COD去除率达到 90 %以上。达到城市管网排放标准或便于后续深度处理[1] 。
Flocculation combined by self-made dicyandiamide-formaldehyde and current flocculants is studied for high concentration textile wastewater.The effects on the floccuculation of the addition and the original pH along with the performance of flocculation sedimentation are tested.The results show PAC and MgCl_2 are repectively adaptive to DCF than other agents.The experiment studies further on scale of PAC,MgCl_2 and dieyandiamide-formaldehyde by an orthogonal design.Result shows that the discolored effect and COD removal ratio is further elevated and improved when the inorganic salt is used as coagulant aids.In the optimum operation the rate of decolor can achieve to 100% and effect of COD removal can reach above 90%.
