摘要
研究以己二酸和氯化亚砜为原料,采用一步法合成噻吩-2熏5-二羧酸的合成条件,讨论影响反应收率的主要因素,探索理想的合成条件,并在常用合成过程中,增加三光气作催化剂,反应时间可缩短至30h,最高产率可达73.23%。
The article studies synthesis of 2,5-thiophenedicar boxylic acid from adipic acid and adoption a footwork, the discussion influences and reflects the main factor of the charging rate, explore the ideal synthetic condition, and in the course of formating dailily, increase 3 phosgene and act as the catalyst, react time and can be shortenned until 30 hours, the high yield rate can be up to 73.23% the most.
