摘要
目的 :为髌骨假体个性化设计提供解剖参数。方法 :对 73块成人干燥髌骨标本的宽度、高度、厚度及其骨床厚度、关节面高度、厚度等测量参数进行相关性分析研究。结果 :髌骨的高度和厚度与宽度、髌骨的厚度与高度、髌骨骨床和髌骨关节面的厚度与髌骨的厚度、髌骨关节面的高度与髌骨的高度 ,均呈正相关关系。结论 :由髌骨的宽度、高度和厚度的数值 ,可推算出髌骨假体个性化设计所需的参数。
Objective: To provide anatomic paramet ers for the patellar prosthesis personalized design. Methods: The measured parameters of patellar width, height and thickness, patellar mattress thickness, patellar articular surface height and thickness were calculated and analyzed on 73 adults patella specimens by SPSS software. Results: There was a positive relation between patellar mattress height, thickness and width, patellar thickness and width, patellar mattress, patellar articular surface and patella in their thickness, patellar articular surface height and patellar thickness. Conclusion: With the measurements of patellar width, height and thickness, the parameters for personalized design of patellar prosthesis can be calculated.
