摘要
对6个品种不同成熟度鲜玉米中醇不溶固形物及主要有关成分和性状测定结果表明,醇不溶固形物含量与干物质,淀粉,粗蛋白含量及千粒重呈正相关关系。与千物质含量是显著正相关关系,与淀粉含量及与粗淀粉和粗蛋白的总量是极显著正相关关系。与可溶性总糖含量无明显相关性。
The determination results of AID in k rnels of six fresh corn varieties with different maturity indica ed: AID content was positively conelated with the content of dry matter, starch, raw protein and the weight of 1000 kernels. It had significant positive corr lation. with dry matter content and highly positive significant correlation with raw starch content and the total content of raw starch and raw protein. It had no significant correlation with the total soluble sugar content.
