摘要
采用共辐射引发接枝共聚法在聚丙烯纤维上接枝苯乙烯-二乙烯苯,通过氯甲基化反应和胺化反应制备强碱性阴离子交换纤维。当单体体积分数为20%-25%,辐射剂量率为1.2-1.8kGy/h时,接枝率可以控制在150%-250%。当氯甲基化反应温度(38±2)℃,反应时间15-25h,胺化反应温度(30±2)℃,反应时间15-20h时,制备的强碱性阴离子交换纤维交换容量达到3.00mmol/g以上。将该纤维对Cr(VI)进行吸附试验,结果纤维对Cr(VI)的吸附以液膜扩散为主,吸附速度很快,8min可达到吸附饱和,吸附反应速率常数为0.015s^-1,静态吸附饱和容量为257.6mg/g,吸附行为符合Freundlish等温吸附模型。
An alkali anion-exchange fiber was synthesized by grafting copolymerization of styrene and divinylbenzene onto polypropylene fiber induced by 60Co γ co-irradiation and cholormethylation and animation reactions. The grafting yield was in the range of 150% -250% when the volume fraction of the monomers was 20% -25% and the co-irradiation dose was 1.2-1.8 kGy/h. The ion-exchange capacity of the produced fiber was above 3. 00 mmol/g when the chloromethylation temperature was (38 ±2)℃ and time 15-25 h, animation temperature (30±2)℃ and time 15 -20 h. The results showed that the characteristic adsorption of this fiber for Cr(Ⅵ) with the feature of liquid-film diffusion had a rate so high that the adsorption saturation can be achieved in 8 min. The exchange rate constant was 0.015 s-1 and the static adsorption saturation capacity was 257.6 mg/g. The characteristic adsorption was coincident with Freundlish's equation.
