摘要
总结了中国30多年来锆合金研制、生产、应用概况。重点介绍了Zr-4合金板、带、棒、管、大方管、变径管的生产工艺及其机械性能与腐蚀性能,介绍了Zr-4-纯锆复合管、Zr-Nb(Zr-1Nb,Zr-2.5Nb,Zr-2.5Nb-0.5Cu)合金、新锆合金的主要性能,提出了今后研究的主要方向。
The research、production and applications of 30 years in china for zirconium alloys are reviewed in the present paper. The production processes of plates, strips, bars, tubes involving large-size and thin-welled squeare tubes, and variant diameter guidance tubes as well as the mechanical properties and the corrosion properties are introduced for Zr-4 alloy. The main properties of composite tubes of Zr- 4 with pure zirconium, Zr-Nb (Zr-1Nb, Zr-2.5Nb, Zr-2.5Nb-0.5Cu)alloys, and new zirconium alloys are also introduced, and the research fields are proposed for the future.
