摘要
职业培训作为非学历教育的主要内容已变得越来越重要 ;职业资格证书将成为人们就业求职的最重要依据 ,面向资格证书的职业培训市场广泛 ,高等院校中的成人教育要根据自己的特点从资格证书培训入手 ,大力发展职业培训 ,逐步发展和壮大自己的非学历教育 。
Professional training, as the main non-degree education, is becoming more and more important. Professional certificates will play the most important role when people seek for jobs and there is an extensive training market for such certificates. The adult education of colleges should make full use of their resources to carry out professional training. Develop gradually the non-degree education step by step, making non-degree education synchronous development with degree education.
