中国石蒜叶分泌结构的发育解剖学研究 被引量:5

摘要 对中国石蒜带状叶片(地上叶)和鳞片(地下部分)分泌结构的发生和发育进程做了解剖学方面的研究,结果表明:中国石蒜叶片和鳞片内的分泌结构都为分泌道,但形态和分布位置不同,发生方式也存在差异。叶片内的分泌道,由栅栏组织与海绵组织之间的薄壁细胞通过溶生的方式发育而成,分泌道在叶片内与叶脉交替平行排列,纵向分布,在叶片横切面上为长方形;鳞片内的分泌道,由靠近内表皮处的叶肉细胞发育形成,其发生方式为裂溶生,成熟的分泌腔为环状的腔室,沿着鳞片的内表皮环绕鳞片一周。 The origin and development of secretory structures in zonary leaf (overground leaf) and squama(underground part) of Lycoris chinensis were studied by the use of anatomical methods. The results indicated that: The secretory structures in the leaf and the squama were all secretory canals, but they were different in shape and location, and the pattern of initiation was also not the same.The secretory canals in the leaf rooted in the cells of parenchyma in the midst of the palisade tissue, spongy tissue and two adjacent vascular bandles, which were formed lysigenously. In the zonary leaf, the canals were parallel and alternate with veins, which were distributed vertically. On the transverse section, the canals quadrate. In the squama,the secretory canals developed from the mesophyll cells near the inner epidermis, and the mode of formation was schizo-lysigenous pattern. The ripe cavity was annular and went round its squama along the inner epidermis.
