摘要
目的探讨关节面塌陷性跟骨骨折的手术疗效.方法对25例 Sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折行切开复位、钢板内固定治疗,19例植骨支撑.结果随访时间7～35个月,参照Kerr评分标准,对患足疼痛、步态、行走能力等加以评估,优9例,良12例,可4例.结论恢复跟骨的解剖形态,必要的关节面下植骨支撑,选择合理的内固定点,是维持跟骨形态及术后功能恢复的必要条件.
Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment of calcaneal fractures with articular collapse. Methods 25 cases of Sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ calcaneal fractures were performed open reduction, plate internal fixation and bone grafting. Results All cases were followed up for average 7~35 months. According Kerr foot score ,the results were excellent in 9 cases, good in 12 and fair in 4 with the evaluation of pain, gait and walk. Conclusions It is essential to restore the articular anatomy, sustain the articular with bone grafting as necessary and choose the correct fixation points to preserve the calcaneal morphometry and gain postoperative function recovery.
