摘要
社会利益集团不断形成并进入政治过程是新形势下我国政府行政环境的一个重要特点。在社会利益多元化、利益主体组织化、利益集团政治化条件下,中国政治发展的一个必然要求是加强政府能力建设,提高政府对各利益集团的调控能力、整合能力和自主能力。
Under new conditions, social interest groups come into being continually and take party in political process inevitably. This is one of the important characteristics of Chinese administrative environment.Under the trend of social interest diversification,trend of interest subject organization and trend of interest groups Politicization, one of inevitable challenges in Chinese political development is to strengthen the construction of government capacity,including enhancing the capacity of regulating and controlling all interest groups, enhancing governmental capacity of conformity and independency.
