摘要 　综述了免疫刺激复合物(ISCOM)的结构和组成,其所制疫苗引起的抗体应答、细胞应答和粘膜应答的研究近况。同时对ISCOM疫苗的作用机理和其在免疫预防中的应用作了相应的概述。 The structure and formulation of the immune stimulating complex (ISCOM) was introduced. The ISCOM vaccine is a new vaccine, which can induce potent antibody, cellular and mucosal immune response. The mechanism of ISCOM vaccine and its application in veterinary medicine were also presented.
