摘要
以气吸式垂直圆盘排种嚣为对象,采用试验优化设计的方法,研究了在一定真空度下吸孔直径、转 速、孔数等对排种性能的影响。试验结果表明:真空度为1.8-4.5 kPa排种性能较好;吸孔直径和转速对排种 性能影响很大,最佳孔径为2.3 mm,排种盘线速度不宜超过0.45 m/8,孔数多比少排种效果更好。
The experiment, which takes the seeding mechanism of suctionalvertical plate as the object, shows that when vacuum degree is between 1.8-4.5 kPa , the capability of seeding mechanism is better. The effect of the bore diameter and the rotating speed on the capability of seeding is great.The best bore diameter is 2.3 mm, and the linear plate speed should not exceed 0.45 m/s.The capability of seeding mechanism enhances when the bore number increases.
