摘要
通过问卷调查、数理统计等方法,从广东省跳水项目教练员目前对该项目的一些问题的主观认识进行调查研究,力求较真实、全面地反映这一特定群体的工作情况.为探讨如何在科学选材的基础上从培养形式、管理体制上不断进行改革和完善,进一步促进广东省跳水运动的快速发展,提供参考.
By the way of questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other methods, to study the coaches subiectively recognize some questions, in this item in Guangdong Province presently, and try to true and overall reflect the work condition of this specific community. It supplies the reference to how to reform and perfect the development form and mangement system continuously on the basic of science select material and to accelerate the develoment of diving in Guangdong Province to go step further.
