简要描述了山东济宁华光辐照厂超剂量照射事故的经过,详细剖析了事故发生原因,提出了对辐照加工企业应当加强安全监督管理和培育企业安全文化的建议。
An accident of overexposure in irradiator facility in Huaguang Plant in Jining Shandong is presented briefly in this paper. The cause of the accident is analyzed in detail, and the suggestions for strengthening safety management and safety culture for irradiator facility are provided.
