摘要
目的 测定银杏酒中总黄酮的含量。方法 采用分光光度计法测定银杏酒中总黄酮的含量。结果 银杏酒中总黄酮含量的线性范围为 0 .2 0 5 2~ 1.0 2 6mg ,r=0 .9996 ,回收率为 95 .2 3% ,RSD =1.0 4 %。结论 本法简便 ,稳定 ,可靠 ,可以作为该制剂的质量控制方法之一。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of total flavonoids in Gingko Wine. METHOD Absorption spectrometry was used in the determination. RESULT Linear range: 0.2025~1.026mg, r =0.9996, recovery rate: 95.23%, RSD=1.04%. CONCLUSION This method is simple, stable and reliable, and can be used as one of the quality control measures for the wine.
