摘要
目的 建立钩葛饮中葛根素含量的测定方法。方法 高效液相色谱法。采用SymmetryC18柱 (3. 9mm× 15 0mm ,5μm) ,流动相为甲醇 水 (2 5∶75 ) ,检测波长为 2 5 4nm。 结果 本法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 99. 1%。结论 本法简便、准确 ,可用于测定钩葛饮中葛根素的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the d etermination of puerarin in Gouge Mixture.METHODS The symmetr y C 18 column (3.9 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was used with the mobile phase co nsisted of methanol-water (25∶75).The detective wavelength was 254 nm. RESULTS The linearity of this method was well with the average rec overy of 99.1%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the determination of the contents of puerarin in Gouge Mixtu re.
