摘要
目的 :研究当慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP)患者出现严重血小板减少并明显出血时血小板治疗性输注的作用。方法 :6 4例患者的血小板计数均小于或等于 10× 10 9/L ,其中治疗组34例 ,对照组 30例 ,均采用常规治疗方式 ,治疗组同时输注单采血小板。结果 :在治疗后的d1、d3、d7、d14 ,两组间的的血小板计数的均数的差别无统计学意义 ,P >0 .0 5 ;输注血小板组的有效率 91.18% ,对照组的有效率 93.33% ,两组间临床疗效的差别无统计学意义 ,P >0 .0 5。结论 :不能认为血小板输注能提高慢性ITP并明显出血的患者的治疗疗效。
Objective:To observe the effect of platelet transfusion in treating obvious hemorrhage in patients with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.Method:64 patients were given with single donor platelet transfusion at the begingging and routine therapy,the other 30 cases as control group were given with routine therapy. Result:The differences of the platelet counts between two groups at 1、3、7、14 days were not significant,P>0.05.The total effective rate was 91.18% in treating group and 93.33% in control group. The differences of the clinical effect between two groups were not significant,P>0.05. Conclusion: The platelet transfusion could not improve responses to the effect in treating patients having obvious hemorrhage with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.
