Cementing technology for Xifeng Oilfield.

摘要 对西峰油田固井技术现状及存在的问题进行了分析,针对西峰油田地质特点及先注后采引起的压力异常、油气水窜复杂情况,从理论上分析了发生气窜的机理、影响固井质量的主要因素,并在施工工艺、技术措施和水泥浆体系等方面进行了深入研究。研制了GSJ1多功能低失水水泥浆体系及相应的固井工艺技术,在西峰油田进行了现场试验及推广。该固井技术较好地解决了长封固段固井的漏失难题,并有效地控制了地层油气水窜,提高了该地区的固井质量。 In this paper, the cement situation in Xifeng Oilfield is presented and the existing problems are analyzed based on the geological characteristics and the presence of abnormal pressure and oil/gas channeling caused by 'production after injection' procedure, working mechanism of gas channeling and major elements causing cementing failure were studied in principle. What's more, further research was carried on issues such as cementing procedure, technical measurements and cement slurry system. A multifunctional cement slurry system GSJ-1 with low filtration and necessary cementing technology were developed. Field trials in Xifeng Oilfield showed that this cementing technology solved the problem of fluid loss in long isolation section successfully, and controlled formation oil/gas channeling effectively while improved the cementing quality significantly.
