摘要
环氧合酶鄄2(cyclooxygenase鄄2)是前列腺素合成的限速酶,在许多恶性肿瘤中均有表达,并参与肿瘤的形成和复发转移。本文就COX鄄2的结构、在肝细胞癌中的表达及其抑制剂对肝细胞癌的作用作一综述。
Cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)is the key enzyme of prostaglandin synthesis.COX-2 is expressed in lots of human malignancy,and it has been associated with the carcinogenesis,recurrence and metastases.COX-2 structure?the expression and the contributions of COX-2 inhibitor to hepatocellular carcinoma are reviewed in this paper.
