摘要
目的 :评估重庆市万州区医院非甾体抗炎镇痛药 (NSAIDs)应用现状及趋势。方法 :以限定日剂量为指标 ,对该区16家医院2001年～2003年NSAIDs用药数据进行统计分析。结果 :NSAIDs销售金额和用药频度逐年增长 ,年增长率分别为2.4 %、3.1 % ;在销售金额排序前10位的生产企业中 ,国内企业销售金额占总销售金额的比例由2001年的62 %减少到2003年的24 %。结论 :应着力开发副作用小的NSAIDs新制剂 ,以满足患者需求。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the current situation and the trend of NSAIDs(Non-steroidal antiinflammatory dr_ ugs).METHODS:NSAIDs used in16hospitals in Wanzhou area were statically analyzed with a reference to the DDDs(defind_ ed daily dose).RESULTS:The consumption sum and DDDs increased with an annually rate of2.4%,3.1%respectively.Of the top10manufacturers in sales volume,the percentage for the sales volume of the domestic manufacturers decreased from62%in2001to24%in2003.CONCLUSION:Effort should be taken for the development of the new preparation of NSAIDS that of low side-effects so as to meet the needs of the patients.
