摘要
介绍福建数字地震台网地震速报信息发布程序的主要功能,及开发程序所涉及的几项技术,这些技术包括在英文操作系统中显示中文、用计算机发送手机短信和震中地名自动识别等。
This paper is concerned with the main functions of the program of fast release for earthquake information of Fujian Digital Seismic Network, and its several developing techniques including showing Chinese characteristic on English operation system, using computer sending mobile phone short message, and getting the place name of epicenter.
